Something like this:
http://www.73-87chevytrucks.com/merc...387RearBumpers

BTW, the bumper you have doesn't use the same inner brackets as the stock one does.

Hey Captkaos.....I'm about to order my front and rear bumpers and brackets through your site and had a question. Is there a noticible difference in the regular rear bumper and the "premium" rear bumper? In other words...is it worth the extra $30-40 for the "premium"?

I think I'm gonna get my Roddoor panels from you as well....how's the overall quality? I went by their booth at Turkey Rod run in Daytona and the other stuff looks pretty nice, but they didn't bring any of the 73-87 stuff.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

JC Whitney has all kinds off bumpers too. I have the same bumper as you except mine is crome. Nice looking ride though.

"premium" as in the one listed for the Stepside model? The difference is that it is shorter for the stepside model. It is just the way it is listed in the catalog. You need PN 4144-800-734 for your pickup.

I ordered the door panels, but they are not here yet. Jeff (bigblock73) liked the quality of the parts he got from me of theirs though. I wished I could have made the Turkey Run, but I had plans before I knew they were going to be there.

D'OH! Completely overlooked the "Stepside" portion of the part.

Yeah, I talked to them for a little bit and they all were VERY nice and pretty excited about the amount of interest the door panels have gotten. Also talked to Covan's Classics while there. He just completed the dash bezel for our trucks and had one setup in Carbon Fiber Finish with 5" and 2 5/8" Ultra-Lites....VERY nice!!
