I had a 68 GMC stepside with the 3 on the floor for a high school truck. I had it up on ramps in my dads backyard to change the starter, I started it up, still on the ramps and heard a sound under neath the truck. I leaned out the door almost upside down, kicked the shifter into gear, and fell under my truck. It came off the ramps, ran my leg over and hit my dads 68 Cutlass. Bad Times.
