I think what everyone is saying is that the bolt hole is missing from the tub's sheetmetal, not the fiberglass top.

What are the two pieces in in the pictures with the black square looking circle drawn around them? I think a set of those arrived with my blazer in a box of spare parts.

Not such an easy fix. The hole has a threaded insert to accept the bolt and there isn't any access from behind to put a nut on it. I guess you could use a speed nut or something, but I don't think just a hole will work (unless you are just going for the look).
