i did a websearch, and could only come up with the following:

They want $5 a piece for the emblems but it was 20* and didnt want to freeze my @$$ off getting them off unless you want to have to glue them on

I got the stainless ones from inlinetube and was VERY dissapointed. Most of the lines had to be tweaked to fit anyway so you might as well save money and bend em yourself.

I'm not sure who the manufacture is, but I just picked a pre-bent non-stainless line kit from Athey's Classic Truck Parts yesterday. Looks to be a good kit. I was told you have to crank down the stainless lines to stop from leaking.

Their customer service is A+ and everything fit like great with very minor tweaking by hand

On TV they said that you have to flare stainless different too... if my steel lines lasted 40 years then I will take another 40 out of an OEM set. I'm doing the NAPA deal and renting a flaring tool from autozone...

I used Classic Tube for my brake, fuel, and vapor lines. I used SS lines, kind or pricey but well worth it. My truck was apart for 3 years before I put it back together. When I put the lines in everything fit perfect. I can't think how frustrating and time consuming it would be to bend you own. There are some pist of my frame with the lines showing if you want to see how nice the SS looks. just look at threads posted under my screen name "Camo truck progress".

I didn't replace all my brake line because they were in "ok" shape and I did not take the cab off the frame rails. If I were to do it again and the next time I WILL take EVERYTHING apart...I will go Inline Tube and go Stainless! That's just how I would do it.

Inline Tube supplied all of my lines ... brakes, tranny cooler, and tranny modulator. Very little tweaking on mine, can't say for others. I am also running 3/8" SS line from the Blazer tank to the fuel pump, but bending it myself.

I just bent all my own then painted them with POR-15, DOING WHAT I CAN TO STOP RUST.

I bought the InlineTube kit, and for the most part it fit correctly. The only area that gave me some trouble is the two lines from the prop valve to the lines down at the crossmember. I had to tweak those some, but its all together now.

I had to bend new tube for my different rear-end and it took awhile to get good with the flaring tool. If you do bend your own, like someone said, buy the good tool and by good I mean you need to spend at least $50 on it. The cheap flaring tools, even the first one I got a Napa, didn't work to my liking. I ended up with the RIGID brand tool from Home Depot.

If I had to do it again I would probably buy the stainless for the lines that show in the engine compartment, then bend my own from there, like someone also said earlier. The mostly straight frame runs are super easy.
