i almost have it done have the drivers side window to put in and the rear diff cover to put on and hook up the radio and its done it turned out pretty nice we are going to leave today after my test ride and going to mississippi 20 hours thats a hell of a test ride

That will be one long test ride. Good luck with the trip. I have a post on the 4x4 board on rebuilding my d60 front. But now I decided to do a total rebuild of the burb.

Thats a long trip, but it sounds like you have a real handle on your mechanical ability.Good luck!
I just checked out my parts suburban and I have those emblems. Its kinda got me thinkin, although my 68 is a custom cab and already has the emblems on the upper doors. I kinda like them too!
