Re: Is this a 4" lift?
My friend has the same problem! His truck looks like crap. He called them too and they said the springs were correct. He has a long bed though. We sure think the rear springs are for a 6" lift. Watching to see what you do.......

Re: Is this a 4" lift?
Taking out that load-leaf would only show when loaded over acertain amount. You just lost the thickness of the spring.Losing one of the longer springs would only help a little, too. The need de-arched.Even with just the main leaf there would be too much arch.
Ask Rough Country what their leafs usually measur eye to eye before installed?I bet yours haven`t settled and even if they did they`d messure less than what they said.Call other companies and see what their spring eye measurement is.They all know this number and it`s less than the "actual" length once installed and compressed. They get complaints all the time where people call complaining their 52" springs only measure 52" or whatever. They need compressed. But,they`ll know that number and you should measureone of yours off the truck. They should pay for a de-arching.Send them a photo, worth 1,000 words.

Re: Is this a 4" lift?
They've referred me directly to Rough Country now.I'm trying to get numbers off the springs for them to check and see.

Re: Is this a 4" lift?
Well, according to their numbers, the lift is right. They did tell me to take the overload out, which I did but it is still not level..I was thinking about it and maybe by moving the gas tank to the back, the weight of it full of gas will level it out..that's a good excuse to move the tank, isn't it?

Re: Is this a 4" lift?
Well, now they think the front springs are correct but may not have the right arch on them..So,now I have to remove the front tires and take a pic of the spring, and spring eye to eye measurement for them to see...
