Yes I talked to the fabricators for a good hour atleast. What they did was welded a stud to the back side of the fender and it now bolts in from inside the cab under the dash. Just do it a way that you can still slide shims in from the door jamb as needed for fender alignment. Set it up so that it needs at least 3/16" worth of shims. You can always pull some out if needed but if you set it up tight and then need to adjust it in you are screwed!

i really like the front bumper, looks alot cleaner than a stock one for this application and looks so much better than a front roll pan

is that a close match to copperhead

What one of many mods to the windshield? The re-shaped A pillar's, teh modled in cowl panel, the flush mount glass or the top being chopped off just for starters.

The "trunk" was extremely shallow, compared to how deep you might think it would be. That was the only thing that made me say WTF. All of the other stuff is more on the subjective side.

Yes but was'nt that because the fuel cell was right under the floor. To answer your question not I did not find any flaws and I only found one seam that was not filled, ground or smoothed! It was the front return lip of the hood
No completly my kind of build but the time and craftsmanship was increadable.

It could be... I didn't get that great of a look. I just figured with that much area back there they could of managed a larger trunk. It seemed only deep enough to hold a monopoly game back there and yes I know I'm being picky

Also the more I think about it the batery, air compressor, tanks and other misc items are most likly under that space as well. With the rest of the way that truck was built it probly had a false floor with everything mounted under it. Just a thought!
