Rooster, I may be wrong here, but I think it's supposed to work that way. I've owned several vehicles that do that.

Rooster, I may be wrong here, but I think it's supposed to work that way. I've owned several vehicles that do that.
The signal should still blink when braking, but the hazards will stop blinking if you apply the brake. Thats how mine is and I've see it that way on others. Can anyone confirm?

When he said blinkers I assumed he was talking hazard lights. I agree w/phoenix here, if you're talking turn signals that's a different animal. Those aren't supposed to stop blinking.

If it is the turn signals, have you tried some contact cleaner in your turn signal switch? Give it a shot of De-oxide, or some generec contact cleaner and see what happens.
