1st post. hello everyone. Changed plugs wires , adjusted timing and carb on my ventura. fixed rear wheel cylinders hopefully it will stop leaking then Bleed the brakes. now it feel like a v8 . on the truck i played with the carb . i bought oil and filters to do both but , was too lazy and my oil catch can was filled with brake fluid oil and water (let my next door neighbor borrow).

I made a little progress on the re-assembly of the 87. Most of my pictures are on another memory card, so I'll have to update the build thread later, but I have a few here...

Solid motor mounts (I need to blast these and send them out to powder coat with a bunch of other crap)


Column mocked up (have to pull it back out to smooth and have it painted to match everything)


Hole drilled for column (man that thing is ugly, but I'm working on the fix for that)


New Flaming river steering shaft (because the stocker just looked ugly)


The beginning of the column cover (this will bolt to the firewall and hid the ugly stock column that sticks through, so it'll be alot shorter than shown in the pictures, I was just getting my angles right)

welcome to the site!! pontiac fan huh please post some pics of both your car and truck ... years back i had a 73 ventura with a 350 and that was some car even tho it was a horrid brown color lol rust metallic lol
