Re: 66 slammed hearse

Hey KD,
How did the Halloween spook go? Did the hearse make it's date?
oh where's the pics of the spooky red glow?
I was thinking if you've ever heard of "city lights"? They 're usually OEM on european cars and are available as kits here. Basically they're similar to the daytime runninlights on a lot of the new cars. Anyway the point to why I bring it up is the kits can take a colored bulb, I have blue in my Mazda, and make the housing glow when the regular lights are off. I was thinking a set of red ones would really up the creepy factor. I'm also trying to get a line on the type of LED's used in your glow kit to make them work so the glow could match the undercar colors. I'll keep ya posted.

Josh

PS I got your voice-mail about 3 days after you left it sorry I missed ya.

Re: 66 slammed hearse

Well, The spook went well from what Im told, I was out truckin it up and left it in the hands of my buddy Todd. From what I hear the hearse was a big hit and really draws a crowd, which was the point. I finally solved the oil problem, but still have some final tuning to do. Ya'all got to let me slide on the pics for awhile, I havent even seen them yet. I will get them up as soon as I get them from my buddy.

Re: 66 slammed hearse

Ok I'll give you credit, you got you burb, worked all the sheet metal issues, barkes, steering, swapped engine painted it, actually have been out driving it... and well mine is still in the garage.. So I guess that you deserve a little slack... just a little mind you..... so have you moment of peace......mines been sitting since last week of June and haven't hit a lick on it... I did manage to build and engine and plant it in the pickup.... that is an entirely different story......
