What is wrong with GQ for you to trash it? If you still have it how much are you looking to get for it?

Re: RIP - 1972 4wd CST Blazer (aka "GQ")
Nothing was wrong with "GQ" I just wanted a 2wd
more than a 4wd. I had over $20K in "GQ" and that was without paint. I tried to sell it for almost a yr. I bought "Merlot" cause I was going to sell "GQ" & then found a 2wd frame out of FL. So now instead of fixing up "Merlot" I am making "GQ" into a 2wd.

Re: RIP - 1972 4wd CST Blazer (aka "GQ")
For those interested, I'm not going to cross post links,
there is a thread in the CGITC section, sub section TN, and the thread says "Luv's B-day Bash". (Pic's r there)

Re: RIP - 1972 4wd CST Blazer (aka "GQ")
Sounds like a good plan and a Yenko 427(HP) should be a good starting point!

Re: RIP - 1972 4wd CST Blazer (aka "GQ")
Kevin,
It's really a 350 SBC, maybe you already knew that, but since the spec's on it is right around 427 I said I was going to run with it I just need a few more things gone so the parts ordering frenzy can begin

Re: RIP - 1972 4wd CST Blazer (aka "GQ")
BTW, We used your 1-man CAB and BED lift to remove the
tub. All I got to say is you are way underappreciated. That thing needs to be marketed globally with a patent on it

Re: RIP - 1972 4wd CST Blazer (aka "GQ")
Balance was pretty good, a stripped tub would have
been better. Mine was as you see it in the pic's over in the TN region of the CGTIC section on main forum. I had alot of help and it was supper easy to do. That thing is worth the investment to anyone restoring.

Even though this is NOT my build thread, I just realized that
I never put the pictures on here after we tore it all apart

If I still have it when you come down in July, Yes.
(No sense in even trying to ship all of that stuff)
