I like a fiberglass reinforced filler. Evercoat has some decent product for the money. Do not use the "Kitty Hair" type with fiberglass strands. There is some that has really fine fiber particals in it. Use that.

my dad has a friend up here that sells the clips at a junkyard for 150, idk if it'd be worth the drive up here though, i had an extra clip of another sub we bought, but the city took it right after we got the motor out
