Re: Slot lovers unite!

This is a picture of my truck in 1970 with original Ansen Sprint Slots . They are centifigugal cast , then cut with a lathe. From Gardenia California. The Horse trailer has the original hub caps. Old Skool is the way to go if you want to keep it real. I still love the lowered look with the Coys though...
Either way you can't go wrong. It is like putting a nice set of earrings on an already Beautiful Woman.

That is a great quote... I'm going to have to use that. Hope you don't mind.

Re: Slot lovers unite!

pmpski 1: I had really good help from Sheila at Massey Accessory Shop in OK. (405) 239-2010. Best bet is to carefully measure the depth and diameter of holes and be ready to give her as much info about the wheel as you have. Mine are on a 70 c20 suburban. Got something called a 1/2 inch Duplex Mag Part No. 75187B. Probably a Gorilla product. THink they're like 2 1/2 inches long. 1/2 inch thread. 1 inch in the wheel hole and 1 1/2 outside. Don't forget the washers.

Re: Slot lovers unite!

I'm in the process of getting these cleaned up and ready for the current build. A '71 C10 LWB for my daughter. I offered to get a set of 17"s for it but she decided she wanted this set out of my collection. These are an old set of 15x8.5 Shelby Cal 500's.

Re: Slot lovers unite!

Hey Rat Rod
What size are your tires and it looks like you have no drop?
I just picked up a set of 15x8 slots with 235 60R15's on the front and they look small on there with a a lot of wheel opening
