Goes back together even easier. If I remember correctly, the knob/cylinder just pushes back into the catch and snaps into place.

The hardest part was tightening up the special retainer nut that holds the catch into the glovebox door. It has an oddball 8-sided opening. I think I ended up grinding down an old allen wrench or something to fit.
