also a 255/70r16 is a nice fit on stock suspension

Both of those tires are standard load tires and not capable of carrying the weight that a 3/4 ton truck is able to carry.

Stick with either the LT245/75R16 or if you want a taller and wider tire go to the LT265's. Load range "D" should be the minimum you consider depending on the usage the truck sees or if it does any towing.
