If I had a garage to put it in I could bring my lathe back from my father in laws place 450 miles away and do this myself. Nothing worse than having the knowledge and skill to do something but no place to do the work or the tools to get it done. Talk about frustrating.
The guy I found removes the rivets, machines the holes round, then makes new rivets to tighten everything up.
