Re: So disappointed...

This thread has clearly run its course and is shut down! I dont see how anything productive can come oout of its being kept open.

Re: So disappointed...

Well at least on here you don't get a new post everyday about the same stinking question.

All I can say is you must be the lucky one. You also have to factor in rear end ratio. I know as I mentioned the 350 in the 84 now and the 305 before have trouble from dead straight stop and dry but can do OK if that in the rain and it's because of gear ratio becuz the motor I had in the mcss the 350 done decent in the car and was a hand ful when wet out, and now with the little 305 from the 84 there's no way, best not even tap the gas too hard when wet. It'd be like 2 hanfulls now. it's a pretty nasty on dry roads when you get on it.

If you don't like no technical threads then oh well, maybe become a mod or something then bash ppl or give them warnings or something over some little post you think is dumb.

That is what I think is dumb, I'm sure if it gets out of hand mods will step in and clean things up if there's a bunch of BS or stupid posts. I don't consider this dumb, maybe the OP or anyone in here didn't know a worn motor, worn trans or poor ratio would cause it, and now they think hmmm I know how to fix it, or hmm I aint the only one having trouble with this. I know when i got started on trucks anc cars I had no idea rearend ratios made so much difference.
