You can still get a lot of life out of it. These trucks are going forever if taken care of. I have seen some with 300K, and even heard of a few with 400K with little or no problems.

Same here, one of the guys at work has a 97 Hoe with 325k on it. He keeps up with the maint. We did intake gaskets @ 140k and replaced the dist gear @ 200k. There have been other "failures", but nothing serious (water pump, fuel pump, AC parts)
