I have a CableX on my 6.0L swap but I haven't got it to work yet, although it works on the bench if you send it a signal.

So I hooked it up to a VSS signal wire coming from the ECM, doesn't run. Now I am thinking that you have to provide a voltage to that VSS wire to get it to pulse. So I am going to experiment with that and hope I don't blow the ECM.

I think the CableX was designed to read the speed sensor directly maybe. I guess I will give them a call. I have got so many things on my punch list that one hasn't made it to the top yet.
