The only thing I see that stands out is the lack of woodgrain on the door panels. It seems like the metal woodgrain door inserts for the 72 are kinda hard to come by. Most of the repro 72 door panels I've seen indicate that they aren't compatible with the woodgrain inserts, so maybe they were just replaced?
Side note... With such a conveniently placed, reliable tag like a SPID, why on earth did anyone ever remove them?!?! I wish the old 60's Chevy cars had the same thing!
