okay, so to be clear the rubber ones are stock i can find at napa (any good places online??), and poly are more expensive like from energy suspension?

Like others have said, I would suggest stock rubber bushings unless you decide to drive the truck super hard. It will make your truck a lot more enjoyable to drive.
