The were in those slide out drawers on nut bolt isle. Specialty fasteners I think its called.

Is there any reason you can't just drill 3 holes and put a bolt in each one with a washer & nut on the back (inside of door)?

this one looks like a better deal . it comes with some inserts. once you use a few you'll find all kinds of use's for em .
