According to High-Impact Transmission & Gear. The GM right hand drop NP208 has 2 input spline possibilities.

27 Spline female input shaft mated to a TH350 or TH700R4 auto.
32 Spline female input shaft mated to a TH400 auto or SM465 stick.

According to Novak Conversions. The SM465 has at least 2 output spline counts depending on the year and transfer case mated to it.

1968-1978 10 Spline male output mated to the NP205.
1979-1991 32 Spline male output mated to the NP208
