They may never get that much, but I think they posted to see what kind of lookers or buyers they may get. As far as being over priced, none whatsoever. There is way more in that truck that 22k. We all know that you never get back what you put into these trucks. This guy is probably not hurting cash wise, and is going along the lines of "if I sell it, great, if I don't, then fine." 22k is not absurd, not to the right person. To be honest with you, if I had some money to blow and I wanted a truck like that, 22k isn't bad considering you have skipped all the work and still have the luxury of an old style truck to ride around in.

Concur - this would fall right in line with the discussion on here a few days ago about suckerfishing. Hurting for cash or not - and regardless of how much he has in it (you're right we all know we may never get out of it what we put into it) the price is high imo. As I look back on this thread though - I hope I haven't bilged a classmate! I don't believe I'll poo-poo someone's asking price in the future - probably not the best thing to do. My apologies if I cornholed someone.
