I'm not sure exactly what has been done, but that is not a stock 88-98 bumper on the truck. I have seen it in person and its a nice truck, but there have been several mods to the bumper.

No I meant it looked more like a stock bumper for the truck that it was on. 83-87 bumper flipped over and shaved.
