More drop is no problem. The shock in the photo Measures - now get this - 22.5" open, and 12.25" closed. Now, not too many of us have use for 10+" of travel, but the longer shock has a larger resivour. To go lower, we just use a shorter shock. Rob,... don't you think a spring with 2" more drop will change the angle of the shock?
I picture it being "layed down" at a more horizontal angle,... unless the upper shock mount is moved forward.
Maybe it's not enoungh to matter.
