Yes he did. He never provided a picture of his options sticker, but he did give me a couple of pics of some pretty convincing sheets from the GM of Canada historical group. They are here and here.
There are many things I still don't understand about the truck. One, all of the others I have seen and heard about through my web site have gray interiors. Also, this truck has one option listing body side molding and one deleting it, seems odd it would have both. It also has options for chrome front and rear bumpers when it would have come with painted bumpers with rub strips front and rear. Also, mine and the one in the ad on my page have the small mirrors, this truck has the below eyeline mirrors. I'm also surprised they put a 3.91 ratio rear end in a truck with a 305 and TH350C. This may just have been a truck that was special ordered so it has many different options than the "regular" Indy Haulers I've seen previously. I'd say I'm wrong about it being a fake, I certainly learned something. There is still no question in my mind that he did a crappy paint and decal job and it doesn't look like it did originally.
