You know, that's not a bad idea! My Auto class instructor was saying that there's two counties in California that allow you to forfeit smogging your vehicle unless you sell it. I'm thinking I might find the county and get me a P.O. Box.

other than that we have to smog test ever other year, and/or if we change ownership of the vehicle, and ever year it gets tighter and tighter on the allowable tail-pipe emissions.
