What is difference between Custom and CST?

Thanks for the clarification. I definitely have the CST and my truck is badged incorrectly with the CUSTOM emblem.

Yours, on the other hand, sounds like it is badged correctly and may very well be a Z62 CUSTOM option, just like bruceman says. I'm curious to see the back of my badges when I change them out.

For those of us that are restoring back to original, or the hot rod guys that might want to see what they had, this info is great to know, even if you strip the trim off, pass it on somebody could use it.
