Single plane Weiand 7546, thats what I'm running on mine, granted I'm running headers, 292 Comp Cam, and a 600 double pumper. Its my daily driver too.

I run an Edelbrock Performer RPM manifold on my "hot rodded" 350, very pleased.

That being said, the manifold you pick should be based on the rest of the engines ability to breathe and what RPM it builds power in. If you don't have better than stock heads and an exhaust system that utilizes either headers or 2-1/2" ram horn manifolds the new intake won't see it's full potential.
