I don't have installed pics, but I bought a set of '04 2500HD wheels like the pic below from my neighbor ($100 with tires) for my crew cab project. You can also use the aluminum version (2nd pic). You have to buy a conversion lugnut with external threads to use the center caps. A few guys here are running these versions of wheels on thier squares.
