Dang. So, i took it out today for the first time. Truck 100% warm, im doing about 30mph and then romp on it, it downshifts and starts to pull HAAAARRDDD then stumbles and cuts out and doesnt continue to accelerate..

So, before i do anything, im going to replace the fuel filter on the carb and in the back.

THen what do you recommend. Before, when i had the million degrees of timing, it never cut out, it just didnt pull very hard.

Thoughts?

Question. When setting timing. You do it at idle correct?? I want to have 12-14 without the the vacuum advance at idle. Now, my truck idles at 1000 with the cam i have. THats how it runs best. 700 rpms and 800 rpms the timing varies greatly. THoughts?
