Yep, "dual horns" was a factory option, Its listed as U08.

Without doing some checking I think it was available from 67-70 but not sure about 71 or 72.

I pulled a set off a 66 Le Sabre in a junk yard. Then I pulled the 1 trumpet style off a 72 Caddy in a junk yard. $15. I'm sure if someone wanted one they could find some on passenger car Gm's in that era.
