did some more reading. Problem solved. Truck finially runs. The acc. pump check ball was stuck. Replaced the ball and reassembled.

I've still got to get the choke hooked up, but it's running and that's all that matters.

Very common problem with Q-Jets that have sat "empty". The check ball gest to like where it has been sitting.
