I would just get a van column from the local pick your part, there cheap and easy to find. The neutral safety switch mod is simple if you have a dremel. I know for me it doesn't make sense to spend several hundred dollars on a true truck tilt, when the average person wont be able to tell the difference, unless you open the hood and they look at the shaft length.
