I will put my 62 and 63 grilles next to each other when I go out to the yard later today, and get you some exact measurements, you might have to drill a couple holes for the bottom. luckily the top outer corner mounts are in the same spot on all 60-66, so if needed you can hold any grille in that way, I did that when I ran a 62 grille in my 65 for a few weeks.

I got the grill today, decent shape & surface rust only, one small dent near the pass. Side headlight. I'm gonna clean it up a bit then hang/mock it up before the truck goes into the body shop (yes !) I am missing the bezels....hint,hint.
