Re: LS 6.0 Iron Block

How many cc's are the chambers on the heads (or what compression ratio where you building this engine for)? Any details on the porting/work that was done to them?

They were ported by Lloyd Elliot here in Red Oak, Texas. A susburb of Dallas. I have to find my paperwork amongst my many thousands of receipts. I also have a flow chart where he flow tested them. But, I do recall they were milled to 68cc and a compression ratio of about 10:1 or 10.5:1. Something like that. I intended this to be a very streetable motor with good power though.

Re: LS 6.0 Iron Block

The flow info would be great. Was wondering about the compression because I've been toying with doing a boosted LSx, and your setup caught my eye. Some quality parts you have in this motor. I know where Red Oak is, I actually went to college at Northwood University there in Cedar Hill (I grew up not too far from Dallas).
