Re: Custom black rims need help

just throwing something else in there .. If you have big ole rotors and calipers in there it will break the black up quite a bit and add more of a sinister look to it. Just my opinion.

In my Pchop those wheels are actually off a C6 Z06, .. just because I wanted the big brakes to show. Black wheel with black drum brakes might just kinda fade away into black (no Metallica reference at all ..) It's all about that 'look' If you're gonna be a bear, be a grizzly. If you're going agressive I'd think about big brakes too.

Yes, they are custom built forged billet wheels, and can be built with almost any bolt pattern or backspace. Of course, black is a possibility as well.

Good point, if you go to big brakes, or even if you have upgraded calipers, that contrast will help separate the black wheel from everything else.

Re: Custom black rims need help

If you know what Baer system you have in mind, then the wheels can be built to ensure they clear the caliper. Most of the Baer systems don't have a ton of caliper offset, but always good to check when ordering new wheels and ensuring everything will work together.

No problem, and can be built to work with Baer when you do make the switch (which we are an authorized Baer dealer also).

PM sent with pricing.

Re: Custom black rims need help

The twisted black ones look great. Made by Centerline , .. correct? Look a lot like Intro Twisted Vista (I think it is? )

Maybe do a polished Billet hoop and gloss black center with a polished center cap?

Also, wanted to post this picture of an all black streeter that we can do also.

i was just thinking today, i wonder what the wheels would look like all black and there you go....they look sweet.
