Thanks for the quick response,

I wonder, because I an not looking to paint this truck right now but want to prevent anymore rust in that seam, if I could just us some silicone in place of this seam sealer.?.?.???

I plan on using this truck for a farm truck for then next 10 or so years and then restore it later, there for I don't want to take the time to seam it "properly" now when I am going to re do it later.

Thoughts??
