I never tried to use a reverse lens for a clearance lamp lens,but was told they worked and know of some who used them. Not sure how they went about it,but I saw the job completed.
Those beehive/fireman's hat style ones shown are both aftermarket by Signal Stat but from different runs. The OEMs are made by Guide and have 69 on them,which is the year they were first used.
Finding N.O.S. hockey pucks is the best bet on those. The only used ones that might possibly survive in useable condition would likely be off a camper truck with front overhang or from a place the sun seldom shines. The best survivor rucks come from where the sun is the biggest enemy,which wreaks havoc on plastic and rubber

I'm curious now - I was told those were original lights, and everything else on the truck is so I had no reason to doubt they were. I'll have to go check the other 4 and see if the markings are the same.
