Looking good!! I remember when I went to weld on the inner rocker panels, I had to grind where I was welding due to galvanized metal. It didn't look like it, but it didn't like to be welded. Maybe they didn't do it on all stangs, but worth looking into before you get started. On a friends 66, I had no problems welding in his floor pans (on inner rockers)cause it wasn't galvanized.
