Re: 1967 Mustang Coupe Build (Electra)
I would remove the quarter windows completely and clean out/rust kill in there too. Mine was already pretty clean, but I did it to mine with some rust encapsulator. I highly recommened watching some youtube videos on how to remove/reinstall them (there's a couple good ones on there) but once you actually do one, it's not bad at all. If your windows work pretty good, I would just buy new rollers (like 0.75C each), grease everything really well, and reinstall. Mine work beautifully now. They can also be adjusted so you can get a nice square/straight line when compared to front door windows.
I'm also starting to hate my car. Trying to get all the leaks cleaned up and you have to take off 5 parts to get to the one part you need to take off... DAMN YOU FORD! I just took off the sway bar, drag link, and center cross brace to drop my oil pan.

Busy morning full of rookie mistakes making my weld job harder. Lesson learned...ALWAYS secure your pan in place before you start welding...I knew this but didn't so needless to say it ended up being a pain in the ass and shifting. I got it to work but damn!!!! I also ran out of wire in the middle of the weld in but o well... First pic is when i ran out of wire and the second is completed welding.... Still got to do a bunch of grinding and prob weld a little more and flux core wire suxs and i do nasty welds with it lol Plus i created more gaps with the shift and had to use some space metal that didn't help much...Oddly enough the spacers i used were some old steel codder pins that's were huge....Another case of my grandfathers parts bin to the rescue lol
