Raised the bed floor almost 4" and made a notch cover. I was going to go complete floor, but did not like the way the wheel wells looked at the top of the bed. Did not come out exactly how I planned in my head, but it will do.
Removed all the old roll on bed liner I had in there, then made the patch panels to fill the holes, hit it with seam sealer then sprayed Raptor bed liner in the bed. I think the Raptor is a bit thin, so I ordered another kit and will spray it again. I ordered a slim compressor since the old one I had was leaking and had 2 ports that leaked because I broke off fittings in them. I built my stand for the new compressors tank and valves. Now have to figure out how I want to mount it in the bed. You can see my old valves and the mess in this pic. Trying to clean it up a bit. Hate to cover it up with my Tonneau, but think I should. |
