tilt column
Is the 1967 standard column turn signal harness wiring the same as a 1972 tilt column. The reason I ask is when I pulled the 67 column the wiring harness on the column had a straight adapter to the horse shoe one under the dash. And the tilt column I put in did not need the adapter to fit the horse shoe plug under the dash. Did I explain the right.
Thanks.

Re: tilt column
Someone might have put a later model turn signal switch in your truck at some point.
The later model switches had the flat connector, earlier models had the half moon. Either will work if you have the correct adapter. Does this help? |

Re: tilt column
U should be fine. The half circle is the correct one for our trucks. The flat one was for later years but with the adapter they work fine. U are ahead of the game if the tilt has the 1/2 round already.

Re: tilt column
Ok thanks guys. If I have a issue with turn signals it must be a ground problem.
