the drag strip can be quite the eye opener. When I ran my caprice with the 330hp gmpp motor I ran 15.8 @90mph. I expected more, but I have 2.41 gears. My car 60footed the same as your truck but I had no wheelspin. Did you only make 2 runs? Did you play with launch rpms or tire pressure, etc?

That and the dyno, my friend that runs a dyno shop says most people are very disappointed with the numbers.

I made 4 passes, the two I listed were the top and bottom. Next time I go I will be able to borrow my dads drag radials and mess with launch rpm and shift points.
