For the deluxe heater you might be able to use a cable operated vave hidden inside the heater box so it looks original.
![]() We use something like this for our school buses. There are a few other styles as well. IIRC certain Lincoln Navigators used one, too. |

I have a local radiator shop that specializes in classic cars / trucks.... they have my heater box right now and they're working on a solution..... they suggested modifying a core that close in size, and using a generic cable operated valve inside the box. a manual valve under the hood is also an option, but id like to have the dashboard lever work
