Started on the passenger fender. This is how the previous owner patched the fender. At least he didn't take the full length of the patch panel like on drivers side.

Got the new patch panel welded up along with the inner brace.
I'll coat back side of fender with POR15 to help keep rust away.

Mocked up the fender and fit great.
 Sprayed epoxy primer on both fenders, cowl panels and bed front.
