Truck looks great! I've seen a few of yours, but have to admit that the white over gold 69/70 in the background is a new one on me... Not to change the subj, but I'd love to see some pics of it too!!

CRIPES! I fell into the time warp trap too... posted and then noticed my post came out on page 3 - truck sold a long time ago. Ha!! BUT, I'd still love to see a pic or two of the other one if you still have it.

Sure Jocko, that was another one of my favorites, 1970 K-20 that I later put 1 ton running gear in and added cab lights. Here's a few pics.

They were added to it. GM didn't make any beds like that for the '67-'72 trucks...

Thanks Jeff, I haven't been working on anything lately, injured my shoulder last year and still having trouble with it...hope to be back in the shop this spring to work on the 70 C/30 stake bed.

here's a pic of the extended cab right before leaving for Texas...As you can see it gave up some of its parts for my next project.

Not the bed, I was asking about the cab.
If not factory, what donor did you use?

A guy from Nebraska built the cab using 2 pickup cabs and the roof section from a Suburban, side windows were a generic camper part.

Rob, that gold truck was/is very nice as well. I sure wish I could have pulled the coin together to buy the blue and white truck's body.

I hope your shoulder gets better by spring.
