As mentioned in a earlier post a York air conditioning compressor (210 ?) it is a old style piston A/C compressor that one can add oil to and it provides compressed air really quickly and one can find them for $25.00 at the salvage. Old Volvos used them so a import salvage is the place to go to find one. They of course run off the front belt system and have a electric clutch. They produce lots of air and the problems with 12 volt compressors ends when these are used. Rock crawler 4 x 4 guys use them.....

here is a link: you of course only running a air horn will not need to go to this extreme, but guys who have full air ride and want to raise and lower the vehicle need a lot more air than you do.
