Great work, your front wheel looks centered to me, on my truck I bolted the front clip on just using the top and bottom bolts on the rear of the fenders, mounted the inner fenders and bolted them to the rad support, I then lifted the whole front clip off and on as one piece while I was test fitting it and getting the rad support mounts in the right place and trimming the inner fenders.
Here's a shot of my 59 at about the same angle to show you the wheel placement.

I think I'm just tired of fabricating right now because I feel so overwhelmed by getting it welded up and square and not having the front end crooked. Sounds good, I think your truck looks great. I will def do what you did by lifting it on and off as a whole
